Abstract

Nowadays, as increases in the adoption of imformation technologies around the world, more and more public governments adopt information technologies to enhance the access to and delivery of government services to benefit citizens, business partners, and employees. In my research, the main research area is the impact of national culture on e-government adoption and use. In addition, this research will mainly base on Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DOI), in order to find out the factors which influence India immigrants' adoption and use of New Zealand e-government services. Therefore, this Blog is an important part of my MSYS555 research proposal assignment, and it will detail my research proposal, also, it will provide an annotated bibliography of references which relate to my research area. Finally, it can be seen as a learning resource which would be helpful and valueable to IS researchers.
